| HSK汉语暑期班项目简介 HSK汉语暑期班是由中国国家对外汉语教学领导小组(简称汉办)设立的,旨在协助HSK汉语水平考试,推广对外汉语教学的一个重要的奖学金暑期班项目。 纽约中国留学服务中心受汉办委托,每年都在美东地区承办汉语水平考试,并成为美国规模最大,每年考试人数最多的考点。同时,每年暑期,纽约中国留学服务中心也承办了HSK汉语暑期班的组织和管理工作。
北京师范大学是中国著名高等学府,始建于1902年,是中国现代高等师范教育的开创者。北京师范大学也是汉办指定具有接受“汉语桥”(HSK)奖学金学生的几所重点学院之一。(网址http://www.bnu.edu.cn)
纽约中国留学服务中心与北京师范大学合作,已成功举办了四次HSK奖学金暑期班。今年将举办第五期。为满足许多家长的要求,今年暑期班将招收部分自费学生同行。参加这一汉语暑期班,既能得到汉语的密集训练,快速提高汉语水平,又能亲身感受到中国的传统和现代文化,这确实是个很好的机会。
2008HSK汉语暑期班内容安排 一、时间: 2008年6月28日至7月24日
二、地点: 北京师范大学 (地址:中国北京市新街口外大街19号 邮编100875) 三、内容:
1、课程
汉语课程将根据学生现有的中文水平进行分班教学,文化课程包括国画、书法、音乐、太极拳等。所有课程均由北师大具有丰富教学经验的教师授课。结业时,将由国家汉办领导为学员颁发北京师范大学的暑期班结业证书。 2、参观学习
为学员安排丰富的文娱活动,包括观看杂技、京剧、老舍茶馆等。每周六、日,将带领学员参观、游览北京地区的名胜古迹,如故宫、长城、十三陵、颐和园、圆明园等(注,游览项目根据实际情况会有所不同)。 通过暑期班,学员可以在中国学习提高汉语水平,增强对中国文化的了解,亲身体验北京那具有浓厚历史文化底蕴和充满现代都市气息相互衬托下的独特魅力。同时对锻炼学员独立生活能力,培养团队精神十分有益。 四、住宿
学员将入住北师大园内的留学生公寓(双人标准房)。房内空调、电视、电话、保险箱等设备齐全,学生食堂,投币式洗衣机方便学员生活。校园内还有图书馆、网吧、游泳池、体育馆等其它设施可供选择。有专职老师全程带班。 五、管理
纽约中国留学服务中心将派专人全程负责暑期班的管理工作。

年满13周岁,具有美国国籍或永久居留资格的,具有一定中文基础的人士。 二、费用:
暑期班的费用是$2,100美元/人(不含机票),费用包括:

4、 一周七天每日三餐
5、 意外保险
6、 外出、旅游期间交通费用
7、 所有旅游景点、文艺演出门票、导游费用等

2008 Chinese Language Summer Program
New York Service Center will set a four-week Chinese Language and Culture Summer Program at Beijing Normal University in Beijing, China from Jun 28 to July 24, 2008 . Through this program, students will have a great experience of learning Chinese language and culture as well as traveling and exploring the amazing city-Beijing.

Program Details:
I. Language and Cultural Classes
Students will participate in intensive Chinese language and cultural classes taught by the professors and instructors of Beijing Normal University. Language classes are offered at different levels and students will take a placement test to determine their class levels. Cultural classes include Chinese calligraphy, martial arts, painting, handcrafts and so on. By the end of the program, students will receive their certificate of completion issued by Beijing Normal University at the graduation ceremony.
II. Traveling
In addition to study, students will also enjoy the group outings to see weekly night shows such as Beijing Opera, Acrobatics, LaoShe Teahouse, Chinese movies and etc. On weekends, students will tour the famous and historical sights in Beijing for the entire day. (Forbidden City, Great Wall, Tiananmen Square, Hutong Tour, etc)
III. Boarding
Students will live in the Foreign Student's Hotel on the campus of Beijing Normal University. Two students will share an air-conditioned standard room with TV, private bathroom and telephone. The library, internet cafe, swimming pool and other gym facilities are available on campus.
IV. Management
The program directors from New York Service Center for Chinese Study Fellows, Inc. will be in charge of the on-site program management.
V. Program Fee
Total program fee for each student is $2,100.
Fee includes:
1. Registration fee
2. Tuition and materials for all language and culture courses
3. Double occupancy dorm at Foreign Student's Hotel at Beijing Normal University
4. Meals
5. Insurance
6. Ground transportation
7. All admission fees
8. Activity fees
(Not includes international airfare; visa fee and other personal expenses)
VI. Application Process
A) All applicants must be age 13 and older. Since the space is very limited, please register as early as possible. For the applicants who book the air-tickets from the New York Service Center, please apply before Apr 10, 2008.
